How to Paste a range of data in a Filtered Data Set

Hi,

I am struggling to find out a way through which i need to copy a range of data from say cell A1:A10 and paste these 10 rows of data in a filtered data set in such a way that all the 10 rows are pasted only the visible filtered cell.

For eg say i have 3 rows of Data A1:A3 (1;2;3)
I want to filter data on the basis of criteria "Punit" and the result to be is as shown below
