How to paste values only, after using xlConstant to eliminate blanks?

Hi All,

I have the below code that is working just fine, however I want to eliminate the need for a formatting macro (in red) if possible. The goal is to eliminate blanks to consolidate data. This is the only way I have been able to accomplish this. All help appreciated
