Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
You could use Data, Filter, Advanced Filter. Select the column of data, go to Data, Filter, Advanced Filter. Click OK. Select Filter the list, in place, and Unique records only, and click OK. You should be good to go. Post back if you have any problems.
