I Have a table like the one below. How can I plot Time on the x-axis, and throughput1, throughput2, Erl1 and Erl2 on the y-axis for each of the value in column "Name"(i.e. DRN1, ERN1, ERN1 and IRN1)

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).

Welcome to the forums!

I would recommend creating addtional columns to the right of your data and then use the NA() function in an if statement to determine which values belong to which category.

Here is a posting that describes how to use the NA() function in more detail and with a video:
How-to Plot Building Wall UR Value in an Excel XY Scatter Chart

Then plot the new area, not your original data. Also, you will want to change the horizontal axis to a Text Axis instead of a Date/Time.
