how to populate a lesson plan from other sheets in the same workbook

Dear All
i am actually working on my lesson plan . i have a worksheet with different sheets all the sheets have my scheme of work . the lesson plan must be able to import data from the different sheets to populate the lesson plan.
there are criteria such as the
1. day that is Monday ,Tuesday .... Friday
2. the class being taught
3 . the period at which the class is being taught
i am uploading the sheet and there are more details in the "Lesson Plan" tab
any help will be most appreciated

This Forum does not allow the attachment of files.
However, you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshots (not a pictures) of your lesson plan sheet and at least one of the other sheets. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary).
