Please see the attachment.

I created some sample calendar worksheets, one for each employee. I also created a User form that has multipage. The multipage has 12 tabs. Each tab is renamed to reflect a month of the year. The user form also has a combo box which is a dropdown list of employee names. Another combox box or scroll list, used to select a date.

I want to write a macro that allows me to select an employee name from the dropdown list and select a date from the scroll list. When I click the a button named either Go or Find, the marco should find the worksheet that matches the user name, populate the each tab (pages of the multipage user form) using the calendar worksheet already created in the user name. I don't know how to write the code to find the calendar worksheet and pupulate the each tab of multipage form. Help please. I have picture of the form, but couldn't attach it. Thanks.
