This is not a problem as long as you embrace the =NA() into your mind
You need to set up a chart range where you do the following:
Acutal equals your data until you reach the dotted red line, then =na() for all points there after.
Then create 3 new series (forecast optomistic, forecast realistic, forcast pesemistic) for your forcast lines where the data points =NA() before the red dotted line and = your data points after the redline.
Then chart the series.
