I have a list of values in column A, however there are blanks inbetween them. Has anyone got a formula that will remove these blanks and create the same list (but without the blanks) in column B.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Highlight the range, press Ctrl + G, go to special and select blanks then delete and shift cells up

Good tip but I don't want to delete the values, I want to create a list next to the original list (which is feeding off other source data) that doesn't have blanks
