Hi, maybe this will work for you:

<b>Excel 2013/2016</b><table cellpadding="2.5px" rules="all" style=";background-color: rgb(255,255,255);border: 1px solid;border-collapse: collapse; border-color: rgb(187,187,187)"><colgroup><col width="25px" style="background-color: rgb(218,231,245)" /><col /><col /></colgroup><thead><tr style=" background-color: rgb(218,231,245);text-align: center;color: rgb(22,17,32)"><th></th><th>A</th><th>B</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">1</td><td style=";">Match Type . . . . . .</td><td style="background-color: #FFFF00;;">Match Type      </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">2</td><td style=";">Address Number ( # ) .</td><td style=";">Address Number ( # ) </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">3</td><td style=";">Mailing Name . . . . .</td><td style=";">Mailing Name     </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">4</td><td style=";">2nd Item Number. . . .</td><td style=";">2nd Item Number   </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">5</td><td style=";">Description. . . . . .</td><td style=";">Description     </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">6</td><td style=";">Description 2. . . . .</td><td style=";">Description 2    </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">7</td><td style=";">Order Number . . . . .</td><td style=";">Order Number     </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">8</td><td style=";">Order Type . . . . . .</td><td style=";">Order Type      </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">9</td><td style=";">Quantity . . . . . . .</td><td style=";">Quantity       </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">10</td><td style=";">Quantity Paid to Date.</td><td style=";">Quantity Paid to Date</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">11</td><td style=";">Quantity Open. . . . .</td><td style=";">Quantity Open    </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">12</td><td style=";">Quantity Received. . .</td><td style=";">Quantity Received  </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">13</td><td style=";">Amount Paid to Date. .</td><td style=";">Amount Paid to Date </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">14</td><td style=";">Amount Open. . . . . .</td><td style=";">Amount Open     </td></tr><tr ><td style="color: rgb(22,17,32);text-align: center;">15</td><td style=";">Amount Received. . . .</td><td style=";">Amount Received   </td></tr></tbody></table><p style="width:4.8em;font-weight:bold;margin:0;padding:0.2em 0.6em 0.2em 0.5em;border: 1px solid rgb(187,187,187);border-top:none;text-align: center;background-color: rgb(218,231,245);color: rgb(22,17,32)">Sheet1</p><br /><br /><table width="85%" cellpadding="2.5px" rules="all" style=";border: 2px solid black;border-collapse:collapse;padding: 0.4em;background-color: rgb(255,255,255)" ><tr><td style="padding:6px" ><b>Worksheet Formulas</b><table cellpadding="2.5px" width="100%" rules="all" style="border: 1px solid;text-align:center;background-color: rgb(255,255,255);border-collapse: collapse; border-color: rgb(187,187,187)"><thead><tr style=" background-color: rgb(218,231,245);color: rgb(22,17,32)"><th width="10px">Cell</th><th style="text-align:left;padding-left:5px;">Formula</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><th width="10px" style=" background-color: rgb(218,231,245);color: rgb(22,17,32)">B1</th><td style="text-align:left">=SUBSTITUTE(<font color="Blue">A1,".",""</font>)</td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></table><br />

Note, it removes all dots, not just those that appear at the end.
