How to remove unique characters (numerical & alphabet) in a cell

Hello Guys,

I am a new guy :confused: here and I would like to ask to all sifus and experienced people, how can I remove character for example:

-61BRE6195L to become BRE6195L

-132339359L to become 339359L

-2AN25-21 to become AN25-21

Your kind help is much appreciated.
