How to removeminus sign in numbers having 17 digits

I have a long list of numbers in below format which is having 17 digits with minus sign in between. i want to remove this sign and keep the 17 digits. Is it possible. Please help.

13-00-015426-000-1452

45-45-014785-234-1235

Format the cells as Text, then use the Find/Replace dialog to replace the - with nothing.

No. It does not work as after replacing the sign, it is converted into number

that's ok, but it's exactly as Rory's suggestion

No, actually for some reason Excel does convert to numbers even though the cells are formatted as Text still. Weird.
