How to "repeat n times" each number of a sequence of m numbers?

Hello,

Suppose I have generated integers from 1 to m (say 9 in this case) as this: =SEQUENCE(9,,1,1)

which results in {1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9}

How can I repeat each of these numbers n (say 3) times so that the output spill will be like this:

{1;1;1;2;2;2;3;3;3;4;4;4;5;5;5;6;6;6;7;7;7;8;8;8;9;9;9}
