how to replace part of the formula(long one) with a short phrase or text

Hi there,
I have been searching for the way of replacing a part of the long nested formula with a short phrase for a part of it and use this short phrase as the replacement for that long formula.

I know that i have seen a youtube video from Mr. Excel (Bill) on this few months back, but cannot find it now. Here is how it looks like.

For example:
if i have a nested formula for =IF((Vlookup(A2, E2:G200, 3,False)<=30,"A","B")
and i wanted to add more nested formulas inside it and wanted to replace (Vlookup(A2, E2:G200, 3,False) with a short phrase/name (like Vlook1) or something. How to do it?

What version of Excel are you using?

Ok, you don't have the LET function, so you will need to use the "Name Manager" and put the vlookup formula in the Refers to box and then you can use the name in your formula.
