i am using this formula using lookup

=LOOKUP(2,1/(HHPPD[Code]=[@Code])/(HHPPD[SD]<=[@DOS])/(HHPPD[ED]>=[@DOS]),HHPPD[NP])

i want to use index match to rewrite the formula, i am trying following formula but it is resulting in #NA, whereas above mentioned formula is resulting in right value

=index(HHPPD[NP],Match(1,((HHPPD[Code]=[@Code])*(HHPPD[SD]<=[@DOS])*(HHPPD[ED]>=[@DOS])),0))

any help appreciated

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

As you have probably noticed, your formulas did not render correctly because they contain text that the forum software interprets as BB Codes.
In that circumstance, you can use the PLAIN tags as described near the bottom of the linked page above.

The only thing is that until you have made a few more posts, you will be unable to edit your own posts. In this case I have edited it for you. Please check that the formulas are now displaying as you would want. Reply here if further adjustment is required.
