How to round of to 2 figures

A1=143.3 B1=143

How do I get this to show a whole number(s) with 2 decimal places?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Excel Formula:
="I have " &IF(A1>=B1,"Gained ","Lost ")&TEXT(ABS(A1-B1),"0.00")&" Pound(s) this month"
