How to roundup with referance two formula

Hello,
My formula is like this in C1 Cell, I want add one more in same cell C1
1) If(B1>=A1,0,A1-B1) here A1=100,B1=30 then result is 70. But I want to convert to roundup nearest value 100.
2) Here A1=100,B1=60 then result is 40. But I want to convert to roundup nearest value 50.
Pls Solve this one.
