How to save Print Parameters

I have a shared file I use at work and have noticed that the print parameters are not able to be saved. I can set up the parameters, print, save and then close the spreadsheet. However, if I re-open the spreadsheet and try to print, the parameters I had set up are no longer there. Is there a way to save print parameters on a shared file?
