Hello,

I have a shared vba workbook (Excel 2007) , from which my data is getting saved in a new sheet row by row. However the users cannot use this workbook in the same time. If two users click submit button in the Vba workbook, thn excel allows changes by only one user.. Kindly help me with suggestions

I'd try to solve the problem by using the shared workbook as a database and empty workbooks as the main tools to pull data from / save data to the database workbook.

By doing this the shared workbook is used by a single user for only a couple of seconds at a time.

If even this causes problems you should forget the shared workbook database and start thinking of replacing the shared workbook with a real database: From the users point of view it shouldn't make any difference if their workbooks are connected to another workbook or a real database.
