How to see a certain range of a sprdsheet at top left corner

I'm trying to find a way to make a certain range visible so that the top left hand corner of the range is the first cell at the top left hand corner of the visible spreadsheet.. I'm sure it's possible and probably simple.. but I can't see to find and answer...
