How to select range due to fomatting in one cell?:help:

The data I want to sort is in three columns wich each have 13123 rows. I want to sort this data in 3x11 ranges, and divide these ranges into three different goups depending on the colour of the sixth cell in the third column. If anyone understands my question, please help me...if not, please ask and Ill try to explain better.

The third row is formatted as: if greater or equal to 0,1 formatting "red", if less than or equal to -0,1 formatting "blue".
