HOW DO I DISPLAY A LABEL (E.G. A OR E below) AND SHOW UNIQUE LABEL(s) FOR EACH LOCATION (WITHOUT REPEATING LABELS UNNECESSARILY)? FOR EXAMPLE SHOW LABEL A IN DALLAS, A IN NEW YORK, and A IN MIAMI (in Table 3, last table below). ALSO SHOW ON THE LIST LABEL E FOR DALLAS, NEW YORK AND MIAMI AND MIAMI, IF A LABEL IS NOT ONLY AT A SINGLE LOCATION, SHOW THAT LABEL IN THE TABLE ABOVE AND LOCATION IN COLUMN R, LASTLY ADD THE CONTENT IN COLUMN S

Raw data (column A to H), Note Location is Column B (Table1)

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
