Hi all,

I wasn't sure which part of the forum to post in - I am guessing it involves both a LookUp function AND a bit of VBA???
I have found some solutions to do part of this but what I need to do is this:

In the attached sheet there is a list of people with email addresses. There are dates (a month's worth normally) and a value attributed to each person on various dates.
What I would like to achieve is a button, or some other function which opens an email addressed to the person's email, listing the dates under which they have a value entered. As a bonus, maybe a "Dear [name]" but maybe let's start with getting the main bit done!

I can work out how to use a LookUp (just about) in order to identify a name or email for which there is a value under a date but emailing that person to let them know their dates? I'm stumped.

I would be really grateful of any help getting this to work.
Thank you,
Stuart

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
