how to sent specific column values from excel to access data base table fields

Hi ,
I have an excel spreadsheet with column names customer_name,cust_address,cust_email has data.I have an access data base table with fields cust_name,cust_add,cust_email,cust_phoneno.In this cust_name is primary key.In this table cust_name,cust_add ,cust_phoneno fields has data.I need to import data from column cust_email in excel sheet to accessdatabase field where the cust_name value in excel equals to cust_name value in accessdatabase table .
