Hi

I need to highlight some color for some text & number using conditioning formatting. But have no clue how to do it.
I need to color the cell if the user key-in any of the following in the cell:-
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="56"><col style="width: 42pt;" width="56"> <tbody><tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl22" style="height: 16.5pt; width: 42pt;" width="56" height="22">23</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl22" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">25</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl22" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">26</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl22" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">27</td> </tr> </tbody></table> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="57" height="146"><col style="width: 42pt;" width="56"> <tbody><tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; width: 42pt;" width="56" height="22">21 am</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">21 pm</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">22 am</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">22 pm</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">28 am</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 16.5pt;" height="22"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 16.5pt; border-top: medium none;" height="22">28 pm

Cheers

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Click on your range of cells you want to apply it to and then click on "Format" and then "Conditional Formatting"

here is where you set up your conditions. i.e. Cell value = "value" then select colour of cell or text etc

problem you will have is that you can only set about 5 different instances
