I'm hoping someone might be able to help me...I'm setting up a stacked bar chart and I want to include the data labels, however some of the responses in the source data is quite low and the chart looks a bit of a mess. What I'd like to do is to still include the responses in the chart but specify to only show the data labels if the source data is greater than 5,

I'm setting this up for someone that isn't great with excel, so getting them to delete out the individual data labels is the last resort.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
hello Ricci,

Welcome to the forums!

One way you can do it, it takes a little time, but not too much is to do the following:

1) Create label ranges with your minimum as you can see in the picture.
2) Add Labels to your chart
3) Replace each label with the corresponding label cell
4) Sit back and reap the benefits :)

You can replace labels like you can a Chart Title. Here is a posting and video describing the process:[h=2]How-to Add Custom Labels that Dynamically Change in Excel Charts

Please let me know if this helps.
