how to set up a three part "AND" statement

Hey everyone I am having a difficult time phrasing this can someone help.

The formatting will be going into cell D2.

If $AA$2 = "x", then write "IN" into cell D2.
If $AB$2 = "X", then write "IN" into cell D2.
If $AC$2 = "X", then write "OUT" into cell D2.
