How to show online time in a cell that run automatically

Hi

In other words, I need the NOW() to be shown in a cell that will run without the need to recalculate AND I want
this to run in the background so it won't interfere my work on the sheet.

I used to have this using an RTD server in the past (*link below) but I switched to EXCEL 365 lately and it doesn't
work anymore so I need this working in any other way please.
