how to shrink a spreadsheet??

Hey all,
How do you shrink an excel speadsheet in order to fit within a "portrait" 8.5x11 word doc??

hi - welcome to the board!

what I'd do:

select the area you want to have in the word doc
hold down shift key, go to edit | copy picture...
copy into word & size as required.
