How to skip cells and/or columns based on conditions?

Hi

I have 2(two) Tables as you can see below. The first table is the master time table sheet where all the data is kept. Data must be transferred from this sheet to TABLE 2. TABLE 2 shows how the end result should look like. When you look at the SEAT NR column in TABLE 2 you will note that each set of seats (A-1...B-1..C-1..D-1) does not have the same number of seats. What the formula should do is to look in Column D on the Master Time Table sheet if there is any "O/B"'s at the back of any one of descriptions and if so it should start in a new set of seats e.g. B-1.

If it helps in any way please note that data have been sorted so that all "O/B" types are together so they are not scattered all over.
