Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Just copy the first row, and when you right click to paste in a new location, click on paste special "Transpose" - then do the same with the other rows.

Thanks for the quick response. Not like that .it has to assign unique field id as well. after the first set of data the second one should follow the first one with unique id.
Thanks for your time.

Right... so copy row A and paste onto a new column that doesn't have anything in it. Then do the same with each row.

For example, copy A1:A100 and paste in onto a new sheet in cell A1. Then copy B1:B100 and paste into new sheet B1.

Or... are you saying you just want column A and B? Why does your result only go 1-25? Sorry I don't think I understand what exactly you need the results to look like.

Dear Svendiamond , Thanks for your answer. I think my question is not explained properly. And when i copy pasted some parts of it are missing. You see the first part of data , ie the date to be sorted. That data has to be sorted column wise according to the unique field id ( end of my question). The output file must only have 2 columns ie unique id and the corresponding data as you see it in my question. Here is the drop box files. Please check it if possible. The video is in another language, but you can see the files. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hhrx8j34ilee4k1/AABhizYD0xtAydWqjBXyXgGGa?dl=0 . Thanks again for the time.
