Hi there,
I try to create a Pivot table from these data:

Area

TTSiteWork timeMonth
AINC000000177407168725:08:512
BINC000000183547277124:24:383
BINC000000132330107519:31:043
CINC000000231001270918:31:275
AINC000000254227407927:04:107
AINC000000255227570731:48:567
CINC000000259337273221:58:037
C INC000000276814270922:55:138

<tbody>
</tbody><colgroup><col><col><col><col><col></colgroup>

I would like to summerise the working time values like this:
Area A - 84:01:57, and so on.
But it shows the result with the quantity of Area A (3). How should I do it?

but then you can't change the Pivottable to a sum from within the field list?
Apologies if I am preaching to the converted, but if you click on the dropdown list next to, what I assume is called, Count of Work time, then select field value settings, are you able to select 'Sum'?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
