How to take average of cells, conditional

Hello,

Here is what I need to do. In column A, I have a list of base prices. In column B, C, D, and E, I have a list of other prices. I need to make a formula to take the average of the prices on column B, C, D, and E, but the cell should only be included in the average IF it is within +/- 100 when compared to the cell in column A of that row. How would I go about doing this?
