How to take the blank cell after filter

Hi all,
Here I am having 2 excel , in the second excel after filtering the data from the excel 1
After we will take the values from the excel 2 and paste it into another file.
After filtering the data , some of rows will appear single line ....like header and another row .
But in my condition column D is the trigger in the excel 2 , after filter some rows will blank in the d column. In that time how to take that row values .

If you see this, here 4th column is empty how to take 2nd and 3rd columns in that row , not taking the header row
