How To Trigger "Unprotect Sheet" Message Box

Greetings Everyone,
I'm currently trying to set up a macro, or something similar, that will trigger the "unprotect sheet" msgbox. I was trying to have it button activated from a form. Does anyone know the command to trigger that to pop up?

Hi

You can use this short piece of code to mimick the user choosing Tools, Protection, Unprotect Sheet.

Application.CommandBars("Protection").FindControl(ID:=893).Execute

If the active sheet is unprotected at the time then this macro would display the "Protect Worksheet" dialog. The code can be modified to prevent this if desired.

Also, this code has only been tested on Excel 2003 - can't say for certain if it will work on other versions. Let us know what version that you're working with if this particular code doesn't work.
