How to undo a letter represening a phrase

When I enter the letter "N", the phrase "Now is the time.." pops up in the cell. This looks like something I would have done some time ago, but I can't recall doing it, and more importantly I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've tried every Help topic I can think of without result.

That did it - thank you. I have some vague recollection of playing with Autocorrect some time ago. That experiment came back to bite me on the ankle. Thanks again.
