How to upload an excel spreadsheet to a website

Hi, I have created a really cool spreadsheet and i was wanting to make it into a website! What is the best way to go about uploading it to my webspace?

I have no idea what is the best way...FYI you can put it as it is (IE can load xls file.) or you can save it as HTML. I think the better way depends on the file that you have made.(contained Macro or does not?)
