How to use function in this perticular statement

Kindly help me
If a student get 90 or more than 90 He will get Grade "A+"
If he gets 80 to 89 "A"
If he gets 70 to 79 "B"
If he gets 60 to 69 "C"
If he get less than 60 "D"
Now how to use if function in this statement.
If there is any other function which can be applied for this statement, kindly let me know.
