Hi all,

I have a Pivot Table with a count of actions against documents. I am wanting to include a Calculated Field that shows the % of total records. For example, let's say there are 3000 records, and 15 of them have Action X, I would like to have a calculated field return 0.5%. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Hi,

Can't you just drag the field into the values also, use the drop down, select value field settings, select show values as and then % of grand total?
