Is is possible to have scrollarea for a worksheet activated and freeze frames at the same time?

If yes, how?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Just tried freezing rows as well as columns and setting the scrollarea and it works fine for me.
