I need a macro in Excel VBA that will help me to open the URL http://console.appnexus.com login using a username and password given below and download all the data for the entire month.

Have attached an image showing the parameters that need to be checked before generating the data. Need a macro to fetch the data from the table generated after applying these filters and automatically place them in excel. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
