I am trying to figure out how to do a Vlookup on a table where the # I am trying to lookup is found within a range of #'s (i.e. find 213 within a field labeled 200 - 400). See the table below.

Any thoughts? Thank you very much.

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
If you adjust your table a bit you can use INDEX/MATCH:

<b>Excel 2010</b><table cellpadding="2.5px" rules="all" style=";background-color: #FFFFFF;border: 1px solid;border-collapse: collapse; border-color: #BBB"><colgroup><col width="25px" style="background-color: #DAE7F5" /><col /><col /></colgroup><thead><tr style=" background-color: #DAE7F5;text-align: center;color: #161120"><th></th><th>A</th><th>B</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">1</td><td style="text-align: center;color: #FFFFFF;background-color: #4F81BD;;">Rank</td><td style="text-align: right;color: #FFFFFF;background-color: #4F81BD;;">Zones</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">2</td><td style="text-align: center;;">1</td><td style="text-align: right;;">200</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">3</td><td style="text-align: center;;">2</td><td style="text-align: right;;">500</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">4</td><td style="text-align: center;;">3</td><td style="text-align: right;;">1000</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">5</td><td style="text-align: center;;"></td><td style="text-align: right;;"></td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">6</td><td style="text-align: center;;">Weight</td><td style="text-align: right;;">213</td></tr><tr ><td style="color: #161120;text-align: center;">7</td><td style="text-align: center;;">Rank</td><td style="text-align: right;;">1</td></tr></tbody></table><p style="width:3.6em;font-weight:bold;margin:0;padding:0.2em 0.6em 0.2em 0.5em;border: 1px solid #BBB;border-top:none;text-align: center;background-color: #DAE7F5;color: #161120">Sheet1</p><br /><br /><table width="85%" cellpadding="2.5px" rules="all" style=";border: 2px solid black;border-collapse:collapse;padding: 0.4em;background-color: #FFFFFF" ><tr><td style="padding:6px" ><b>Worksheet Formulas</b><table cellpadding="2.5px" width="100%" rules="all" style="border: 1px solid;text-align:center;background-color: #FFFFFF;border-collapse: collapse; border-color: #BBB"><thead><tr style=" background-color: #DAE7F5;color: #161120"><th width="10px">Cell</th><th style="text-align:left;padding-left:5px;">Formula</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><th width="10px" style=" background-color: #DAE7F5;color: #161120">B7</th><td style="text-align:left">=INDEX(<font color="Blue">A2:A4,MATCH(<font color="Red">B6,B2:B4,1</font>),0</font>)</td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></table><br />
