How to write a lot in a cel without slowing down the excel file ?

I have a lot of tables with a lot of writing to do on specific cells inside tables, is it possible to have a smart and resource beneficial way to do it , I know there is the comments way, but is their something more elegant and viewable to it ?
it is of course because of the slow performance after writing a lot in a cell.
