Can you spell this out in a bit more detail? For example:
Where are the 4 values (what cells and what sheet name)?
What are the 4 values?
Where would the "y" be put (which cell(s))?
What are the other sheet names?
Do you need to be taken to a particular cell on the other sheet? What cell?

I don't think a formula is going to achieve what you want. If not, are you comfortable to get a vba solution?

Hi
It is not clear what you want to achieve. Formula cant't take you to different tabs. it may pull a value from another tab to the current one. Would you be comfortable with a macro? What would be the value of Y and what do other cells have?
