How to write Yes/No formula based on 7 other yes/no questions?

Greetings,
i am having hard time finding a way to write a simple decision formula that is suppose to say if my form filled out is accepted or not based on the yes/no answers provided in 7 questions above this decision cell (C98) shown in picture below.

your help is greatly appreciated!

=IF(COUNTIF(C91:C97,"yes")=7,"Yes","No")

Here is the formula.

=IF(COUNTIF(C91:C97,"no")=0,"Yes","")

=IF(COUNTIF(C91:C97,"no")=0,"Yes","")

That could return "Yes" if any or all of the 7 cells were blank which seems to not meet the stated requirement:
