HSA Insurance Calculator

I have searched around online for any examples of this, but I am trying to put together a calculator in Excel that will allow the user to input two scenarios of traditional insurance v. HSA (showing the difference in cost between the two plans). I have seen several examples of companies that have a built in calculator embedded in their site, but I was wondering if anyone has seen any Excel templates. Before I go into the process of building one, I thought I would check to see if anyone has one or knows where I might download something that I could use as my foundation.
