Hello

I was wondering if anybody could help me with a problem i am having. I need to complete some work for my boss. I have created a questionnaire/form in HTML that will be put on our company intranet to capture data. I want the form to populate an excel file when the submit button is pressed. So answers from question 1 go into field 1, answers from question 2 go into field 2 I just cant figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated by my boss and I. Thankyou
