I cant see to figure this out.
Excel 2013

I have a sheet named Standards

Column A contains a list of Standards from A2:A384

A2 1A-01
A3 1A-02
A4 1A-03
A5 1A-04
...

Sheet1 contains a matrix of the standards kindof.

B2 Contains
=HYPERLINK("Standards\"&Standards!A2&".pdf", Standards!A2)
D2 Contains
=HYPERLINK("Standards\"&Standards!A3&".pdf", Standards!A3)
Columns F,H,J,L,N,P respectively.

B4 would contain
=HYPERLINK("Standards\"&Standards!$A10&".pdf", Standards!A10)
I have 8 columns and 93 rows.

The issue I'm having Autofill works as intended but not how I need and I have not been able to figure out a formula.

Moving left to right I need to row to increase by 1 and or moving down I need the row reference to increase in increments of 8.

Any suggestions?

Not sure of how to attach a copy of the file for reference.

Thank you,
Bruce

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

Found a workaround using an idea I found while searching. I can't seem to relocate that post so I can offer recognition. Thank you greatly for the idea.

I used a cheater row and entered ZStandards!A2, ZStandards!A10, ZStandards!A18 in the column and copied down. Did that respectfully for the other 7 columns and used replace to change Z to =. Hyperlink function refereed to the cheater row.
