I have not seen an answer to this specific question regarding hyperlinking.

Cell O4 is a formula that reads as follows:
=CELL("address",INDEX(C:C,MATCH(N5,C:C,FALSE)))

This gives me the cell location of this specific variables. In this case, the answer is $C$27

How do I get this value to know act as a hyperlink so I can click on it and go directly to cell $C$27

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
How about
Excel Formula:
=HYPERLINK("#"&CELL("address",INDEX(C:C,MATCH(N5,C:C,FALSE))))
