Hyperlink Formulas converting during Save As Web Page

I am publishing an excel spreadsheet as a webpage. I am not using interactivity. In one column I have a formula =Hyperlink(R2, P2). When I publish the webpage it carries over my hyperlink however it puts a file:///and the directory where I saved the file in front of the actual hyperlink http: address.

Is there a way to fix this. I am publishing it via an excel macro
