hyperlink in excel

can i make a hyperlink where i can go to a certain cell by clicking on another in excel?

Yes. Click on the cell you want to put the link in to; then choose Insert --> Hyperlink from the Ribbon, or Ctrl + K; choose 'place in this document' from the left hand side; choose a worksheet; type in a cell reference in to the input box in the middle of the dialog.
